Abstract: The Fixture are work holding Device used to Locate and fix the position of work pieces for machining, Assembly, Inspection, and other operations. A Fixture consists of an arrangement of Clamping and locators. Locators are utilized to decide the introduction and position of a work piece, and Clamps Forces on the workpiece with the goal that the work piece is squeezed against locators and resting pads .The present day slants in industry are towards receiving the pressure driven methods, since it Saves time produces Accuracy and provides Flexibility. Designing of hydraulic Clamping Fixture Was Considered to be lengthy And Complicated Procedure. Since it needs a decent mindfulness about, dimensioning and Tolerances, producing forms, clamping and cutting powers during operations. But now a day the work becomes less difficult due to introduction of intelligence in the field which saves a great amount of money and time. In this project the same methodology is adopted for designing analyzing the designed hydraulic fixture. The hydraulic fixture is designed for Engine cylinder Head to perform Milling operations using Vertical machining centers. Theoretical and Numerical method are used to calculate the maximum stress and deformation for clamping forces of 12.5KN with the hydraulic pressure 50, 60 And 70 bar.The Setup time, production rate, production capacity and manufacturing lead time for the milling operation by hydraulic Fixture is calculated.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2017.41007
Abstract: Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) instigated healthcare applications offer valuable contributions at monitoring, diagnostic, or therapeutic levels. It deals with real-time medical information gathering obtained from different sensors with secure data communication and low power consumption. Given the present situation, the aim of this work is to design a protocol that satisfy the main requisites of WBANs for the application of healthcare with regard to patient mobility, secured and reliable data, power consumption, and the requirements needed for large amounts of sensor nodes to coexist in a relative small space. EUROTA is deploys a hierarchical, multihop method which instigates the clustering in the routing. This algorithm considers two primary aspects: energy-awareness and node coverage preservation mechanisms. It utilizes the metrics of the link credit (LD) and signal strength (SS) to assess the node in-between distance. The method deploys the cluster based routing for the WBAN routing. The cluster will have the Cluster Head (CH), Cluster Nodes (C1,C2,...Cn), Cluster Message Agent (CMA) and Base Station (BS). The selection of CH can be done dynamically based on the minimal nearest distance and maximum residual energy which enhances the node lifetime. The proposed EUROTA algorithm is implemented with MATLAB. The power consumption is tested for the comparison. Dead and alive nodes are also compared for determining the performance. Number of packets sent to the sink, packets dropped, residual energy, path loss are monitored and compared. Finally delay factor is instigated for the performance determination.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2017.41008
Abstract: Wireless sensor networks (WSN), called wireless sensor and actuator networks (WSAN), and is spatially distributed self-governing sensors to monitor physical or environmental conditions, such temperature, sound, pressure, etc. and to cooperatively pass their data through the network to a main location. Recent times networks are bi-directional, which enable control of sensor activity. The progress of wireless sensor networks was motivated by military applications such as battlefield surveillance; today such networks are used in many industrial and consumer applications, such as industrial process monitoring and control, machine health monitoring, and so on. Routing is the process of the sequential steps which governs the internet traffic efficiently. When a packet of data leaves its source, there are many different paths it can take to its destination. One of the applications in this network, gathering and sending sensed data to the base station. The main restraint of sensor nodes is their limited battery energy, while restricting the lifetime. Hence, the protocol running on sensor networks must efficiently reduce the node energy consumed in order to achieve a prolonged network lifetime. Data congregation has to be done in an energy proficient way to ensure good lifetime for the network. Hence, data congregation protocols play an important role in wireless sensor networks keeping in view of severe power constraints of the sensor node. Therefore, a foremost part of the research work concentrates on prolonged life time of networks by designing energy proficient protocols, which is the core of this research. Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is spatially distributed self-governing sensors to monitor physical or environmental conditions, such as temperature, sound, pressure. Routing algorithms play a crucial role in WSN sensors lifetime. This research proposes a novel proficient routing algorithm Protracted Energy Proficient Transmission (PEPT) Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks which uses the bi-cluster based approach for getting prolonged lifetime of the sensor nodes. This algorithm works in two fold where the sensor nodes are clustered using heuristics and then bi-clustering (parent and child hierarchy). Results are promising which considerably improves the lifetime of the sensor nodes and cluster heads. The proposed method improves the efficiency of the energy consumption along with the improvement of the node lifetime values. The bi-clustering strategy helps in improving the dynamic updation of the routing table which may overcome the problem of the dead node sensing and cluster head value updating.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2017.41010
Abstract: In the present study, earthworm species Eisenia fatida has been used for treating and reclaiming the domestic wastewater (sewage). For this purpose, a field scale vermifilter was designed and constructed, from which the domestic wastewater was allowed to pass through. The performance of the vermifilter was assessed by evaluating the physico-chemical and microbiological characteristics of the effluent. The study revealed that presence of earthworms in the vermifilter bed can efficiently remove pollutional parameters like biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD) and total dissolved solids (TDS) from the wastewater and at the same time, concentration of dissolved oxygen is increased / improved. More significantly, the pathogenicity is reduced in terms of total coliforms and faecal coliforms. The combination of earthworms with microorganisms proves to be very supportive in fighting against the organic matter and pathogens present in wastewater, as the earthworms are best known for their waste management capacity. They assist in maintaining the aerobic conditions in wastewater with their famous burrowing action.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2017.41013
Abstract: Inter-vehicle safety communication is a method to improve road safety. In this work, it will provide a review on a reliable system for reducing collision in vehicle networks. In this, it presents a WSN application to avoid obstacles and vehicle accidents. This system will contain a sensor set, a managing unit and a monitoring platform. The collected data will be transmitted wirelessly to monitoring platform for data processing. The main part of the work was to carry out a feasibility study on vehicle collision avoidance system using wireless sensor networks. In this work, it uses the concept of fuzzy logic for controlling the movement of vehicles. The problem has major requirements: safety, i.e. vehicular collisions must be avoided; i.e., vehicles should not deadlock and must reach their final destinations, which in this case means they must completely cross the intersection.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2017.41015
Abstract: The world of software industry is rapidly evolving. The term enterprise content management was long associated with Organizational practice of using standard set of tools and products housed in data centers for administration of unstructured content throughout its lifecycle, from creation to permanent storage or deletion. However this no longer reflects market dynamics or the organization needs for content in digital business. For IT heads in charge of content management projects, this means casting aside previous notions and rethinking their technology approaches. They should clearly implement in next few years, those technologies that provide consolidated views and analytics across multiple sources, while continuing to deliver engaging and supportive user experiences. This new technology is being called as "Content Integration Services". Integration Services is a platform for building high performance data integration and workflow solutions, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations for data warehousing. Integration Services includes graphical tools and wizards for building and debugging packages; tasks for performing workflow functions such as FTP operations, SQL statement execution, and e-mail messaging; data sources and destinations for extracting and loading data; transformations for cleaning, aggregating, merging, and copying data; a management service, the Integration Services service, for administering Integration Services packages; and application programming interfaces (APIs) for programming the Integration Services object model.

ENHANCED SOCIAL TRIP RECOMMENDATION ON U-POI WITH TAG COMPARE MODEL
A.Karthika, Dr.S.Prema
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2017.41019
Abstract: This dissertation mainly concentrates on recommending the user who wishes to travel throughout the world. As people will consider many of travelling websites before they travel for the particular place. These website consists of huge number of reviews posted by the person who had been visited that place already. On considering travel recommendations from multiple websites posted by several users, user could not predict the best results and come into conclusion based on their suggestion. So the existing system works on analysing the travel recommendation using location filtering model. The location filtering model employs on suggesting travel packages by considering the factors such as POI, Tag, City, Topic content. But it could not produce the exact results because it does not consider multiple point of interest. In proposed system, travel package is recommended by considering multiple point of interest and route optimization technique. Here the route optimization technique produces the result by computing package ranking similarity, routing ranking similarity and package size similarity. This three similarity value plays a major role in best recommendation system.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2017.41020
Abstract: Differential equations are commonly used for mathematical modelling in science and engineering. In most real life situations, the differential equation that models the problem is complex to solve exactly, only a limited number of differential equations can be solved analytically. Large number of ordinary differential equations whose solutions cannot be obtained by regular analytical methods where we have to use the numerical methods to get the approximate solution of a differential equation under the prescribed initial conditions. This paper mainly presents Euler's method and fourth-order Runge -Kutta Method (RK4) for solving initial value problems (IVP) for ordinary differential equations (ODE). In order to verify the accuracy, compare numerical solutions with the exact solutions. This paper will then proceed to explain what steps the methods actually carries out in solving the differential equation along with the high level programming language code. The programme result is in good agreement with the numerical solutions and exact solutions.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2017.41022
Abstract: This paper investigates the scope of utilizing biodiesel developed from both Karanja and Palm oil as an alternative diesel fuel. The continuous increasing demand for energy and the decreasing petroleum resources has led to the search for alternative fuel which is renewable and sustainable. Vegetables oils are simplest route of biofuel utilization in direct injection compression ignition (DICI) engines however several operational and durability problems are encountered while using straight vegetable oils in CI engines due to their high viscosity and low volatility. The objective is to compare the performance and emission characteristics of Karanja and Palm oil biodiesels on direct injection (DI) diesel engine. Performance and exhaust emissions of diesel engine have been experimentally investigated with Karanja oil (K100) and its blend (K10, K20, K40, K60 and K80) with diesel fuel. Similarly the Performance and exhaust emissions of diesel engine have been experimentally investigated with palm oil (P100) and its blend (P10, P20, P40, P60 and P80) with diesel fuel. Engine performance parameters namely break thermal efficiency, specific fuel consumption (SFC) and mechanical efficiency of CO, HC, CO2 and NOx were determined for different loading conditions and at constant engine speed of 1500 rpm. From this comparative study it is found that P40 showed better performance and emissions among the tested fuels.
