Abstarct: In present days agriculture sector is using mechanization to carry out various works. Mechanical sprayer is also a part of them for spraying pesticides and water. Existing sprayer is manually operated which takes more time to spray and physical strain to operator, hence it is made automatic in this project. The model is developed by using slider crank mechanism which converts rotational motion to reciprocating motion. Design and modelling is done by using CATIA software. Discharge rate is calculated and cost analysis is done.
