Abstract: With the growing need for automation and accurate record management, AI-based attendance systems are becoming useful in educational institutions, companies, and government organizations. This research presents an AI- powered attendance system that uses facial recognition to automatically identify individuals and record their attendance. The system uses face detection techniques such as Convolutional Neural Networks to detect and recognize faces. The attendance information is then stored and updated in a database in real time. The system is designed to reduce manual work, save time, and improve the accuracy of attendance records. It also considers common challenges such as fake identity attempts, changes in lighting, and managing a large number of users. Its modular design allows it to be used on different platforms and connected with existing academic or employee management systems. It can be useful in educational institutions, training centers, and organizations where regular attendance needs to be maintained. The expected outcome is an automated and user-friendly attendance system that demonstrates the practical application of AI, NLP, and Speech Recognition technologies.
