Abstract - The Internet of Things (IoT) represents the breakthrough advent in various domains for environmental conservation. This project provides an IoT-based river cleaning robot for water pollution issues. The main objective is to be a fully autonomous, efficient, and cheap method of cleaning river waters from floating debris and polluting matter. The robot is endowed with sensors such as ultrasonic ones to avoid obstacles, sensors for water quality, and surveillance cameras to watch over the environmental state while having a limited degree of human interaction.Through the integration of IoT, the remote monitoring and control of the robot's operations is made possible. It has a cloud-based dashboard that provides real-time data of water quality and robot status to control environmental agencies and local bodies for efficient water management. This system facilitates scheduling of tasks, collection of data, and software updates hence boosting operational capabilities. This cleaning robot offers a sustainable way of keeping the water bodies clean and reinforcing governmental and non-governmental efforts in fighting water pollution.
