Abstract: As Cloud Computing is play an vital role for data storage in very minimal cost and accessible for all time over the internet, load balancing for the cloud computing has turned into a very interesting and important study area. It is a kind of Internet-based computing that provides shared processing resources and data to computers and other devices on demand. Efficient load balancing schemes ensures efficient resource utilization by provisioning of resources to cloud users on demand basis in pay-as-you-say manner.
