REVIEW ARTICLE ELISA: THE IMMUNOLOGICAL DIGNOSTIC TOOL

Abstract: The majority of the time, immunoassays are antigen-antibody analytical techniques utilized for quantitative or qualitative analysis. They are most frequently employed for quality control, drug monitoring in pharmacokinetic research, and diagnostic applications. The most widely used immunoassay is the ELISA, which uses an enzyme to identify blood antibodies. As ELISA tests produce quantitative data, they are more accurate than other antibody-assays.
