Abstract:This project explores how logistics companies can improve their operational efficiency by enhancing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). It focuses on Flyjac Logistics Pvt. Ltd., analyzing how implementing technology like real-time tracking, automation, and sustainability measures can lead to better delivery performance, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction.
