Abstract: The outbreak of COVID-19 may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Stress during COVID-19 can be taken as emotional; if people are living with an anxiety disorder. There are so many things outside of our control, how long the pandemic lasts, how other people behave, and what’s going to happen in our communities. The main objective of this study is to analyze the level of stress among students and the stress management techniques adopted by people to reduce stress during this pandemic situation. The study includes both primary and secondary data.
