DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8101
Abstract: Fungal propagules including viable spores in the environment are known to be prominent allergen bio-particulates, implicated to cause allergic symptoms and respiratory disorders in animals and various diseases to plants. Aeromycological survey over vegetable growing field under irrigation at different locations for two month period in rubi season revealed existence of significant count of viable fungal spores of diverse group adhere to film of nutrient medium that forms colonies of different colours in variable frequency. Out of the total 2085 fungal colonies fall under 19 genera and 35 species, more than half count of colonies was appeared in the month of January by petri plate exposure method. The peak period of spore concentration was confined second week of January, marked by ambient climate of low temperature and high humidity. Ascomycota contributed greater colony count over others. An individual ascomycetous genus, was reported dominant exhibiting higher count of species and contributed 36 per cent of the total colony count followed by Fusarium (12.7%), Alternaria (7.0%) and Curvularia (6.6%). Cladosporium, Penicillium, Helminthosporium, Rhizopus and sterile black mycelia were reported equally dominant. Least concentration of spores has been recorded for Cunninghamela, Phytophthora, Pythium, and Phomopsis whereas pathogenic fungal genera including Chaetomium, Nigrospora, Trichothecium and sterile white mycelia were reported to appear in moderate concentration. It may be concluded that distribution of diverse group of viable fungal spores in variable concentration in response to climate of high humidity and low temperature over vegetable growing field may cause allergic disorders to related farmers.

Abstract: The Manyad River is about 10 kms away from the Ahmadpur town. The water body has good number of fishes, aquatic animals and mostly consists of the members of Family Cyperaceae and Poaceae, there are also a good number of plants of Nymphaea, and they all give a beautiful view to river area. The present paper deals with the study of soil algae from the cultured soil samples of dam during March 2018 to February 2019.A total of 167 taxa under 51 genera were encountered.

The Study of Physico-Chemical Characteristics of Drinking Water: A Case Study of Nimgaon Jali Village
Deepak Janardhan Gadekar, Soniya Sonkar
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8112
Abstract: Preservation and protection of water quality is very important for our environment and water is very much essential for life. But nowadays because of various pollutants water quality is decreasing. For present drinking water analysis we have selected the village Nimgoan Jali because we observed that many peoples of that village did not use water purifiers so we collected samples of purified as well as Non-purified water. Various Physico-chemical characteristics of drinking water are studied during this analysis and the result obtained during the study was compared with WHO and BIS Standards. And then it was found that there is no larger variation between purified and non-purified water samples excepting few samples. The present study suggests that there is no specific need to use of water purifiers to obtain potable water if they maintain their drinking water source contamination free. DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8114
Abstract: Morinda citrifolia is a fruit-bearing tree in the coffee family of Rubiaceae. Morinda is considered to have biological properties in traditional medicine. Morinda citrifolia is contain many protein structure but specially take a limited protein and study a insilico analysis.Morinda citrifolia is contain many enzymes but especially in phenylalanine ammonialyase. Phenylalanine ammonia lyase is cure for the inborn error of protein metabolism(phenylketoneuria). Phenylalanine ammonia lyase is found widely in plants, as well as some bacteria, yeast, and fungi, with isoenzymes existing within many different species. This study is usually facilitated by accurate three-dimensional (3-D) structure of the protein. Number of known protein sequences and structures as well as improvements in the modeling software.

Abstract: Organic syntheses are often faced the problem of reacting water-soluble inorganic reactants with water-soluble organic reactants. In microemulsion high concentration of both water-soluble and water-insoluble compounds dissolved simultaneously. Microemulsion acts as reaction media for various organic reactions with reactants such as acids, bases, cyanide, bromide, hypochlorite or permanganate.

Enabling Next-Gen Healthcare: Advanced Interoperability and Integration with AI, IoMT, and Precision Medicine
Herat Joshi
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8116
Abstract: Interoperability has become a crucial catalyst for transformative developments within the healthcare sector. It facilitates the flawless flow of data across various healthcare platforms, thereby revolutionizing patient care, optimizing clinical operations, and enhancing the scope of medical research. This article examines the vital role of interoperability in improving data sharing, equipping healthcare providers with detailed patient insights, and enhancing patient involvement. It investigates the benefits, such as better patient outcomes, increased clinical productivity, and support for medical research. Nevertheless, there are significant hurdles-such as the need for standardization, ensuring data security, and achieving technical integration-that need addressing to realize broad implementation. Looking ahead, this paper anticipates a future where interoperability, in conjunction with the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), precision medicine, and artificial intelligence (AI), will forge a more efficient, accurate, and patient-focused healthcare system. As interoperability continues to mold the future of healthcare, the sector is poised to fulfill its aim of creating a healthier and more contented global community.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8117
Abstract: Secure communication systems are essential in today's digital landscape, but they face challenges in balancing security, privacy, and user experience. This paper presents a novel approach to enhancing secure communication systems by integrating machine learning (ML) technologies. We propose an architecture that combines robust encryption and authentication mechanisms with ML modules for content moderation, privacy protection, and natural language processing. The system leverages on-device capabilities to improve response time and enhance privacy through edge computing and federated learning. We explore applications in various sectors, including enterprise, healthcare, education, and social media. The paper addresses challenges such as balancing privacy with content moderation, mitigating biases in ML models, and ensuring scalability. Our findings suggest that ML integration can significantly enhance the functionality and user experience of secure communication systems while maintaining high levels of security and privacy. This work contributes to the ongoing development of intelligent, efficient, and user-centric secure communication technologies.
