Abstract: We created a mobile app to assist blind persons in navigating their surroundings on their own. The app uses the GPS (Global Positioning System), which gathers raw data for location coordinates where blind people are standing. Android then processes these data to calculate real coordinates related to current position, checks the position address or location details from a database or Google API, and then converts this address to voice message, which the blind person then hears through a headset. Our design goals are to create an application that is less expensive by using fewer components and simple to use so that a blind person doesn't need to do anything other than hear the voice message.

Abstract: Blockchain technology has the potential to address a number of challenges in the field of elections, particularly in terms of security and transparency. A decentralized online voting system using blockchain could provide a secure and tamper-proof way of conducting elections, as the decentralized nature of the technology would make it difficult for any single entity to manipulate the data. The use of a distributed ledger would also ensure that the results of the election are transparent and verifiable, as all nodes in the network would have access to the same data. Additionally, such a system could potentially make the voting process more convenient and accessible for voters, as they would be able to cast their ballots online from anywhere. Overall, the adoption of blockchain technology in the electoral process has the potential to greatly improve the integrity and fairness of election

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2022.91208
Abstract: Due to their utility and production flexibility, plastics are used in a variety of throwaway goods, high-end technology components, etc. A severe environmental problem caused by the global proportion of plastic waste has led to a demand for plastic waste management methods. Successful plastic recycling requires enhancing resource recovery through adequate sorting and collection technologies. In order to achieve an ideal design and more efficiency, this study presented a three-step optimization process for a reverse vending machine (RVM), a compact automatic recyclable garbage sorter/collector system. Reducing pollution from plastics will require action and international cooperation to reduce plastic production, including through innovation, better product design, and the development of environmentally friendly alternatives, as well as efforts to improve waste management and increase recycling. To overcome such an issue, in this project, an automatic collecting bin with a reward feature is proposed as a plastic bottle and metal can collection and reward machine.

Abstract: This project presents Smart Dustbin-Separation of dry, wet and metal by using IOT and ROBOTICS. Now a day, due to the busy work schedule people are not able Separate dry, wet and metal waste. As we know, metals get corroded due to moisture, these moisture's are naturally obtained by decaying process of fruits and vegetables. This leads to diseases. Finally, we are step forward to keep the environment hygienic and clean. In this project, we are using conveyor belt along with the robotic arm assembly for separating the metals and non -metal wastes. The robot arm consists of capacitive proximity sensor, which can detect the presence of Plastics, wood…etc. On the other side a magnet is placed so that the metals can be attracted. These wastes are stored in different bins. When the dustbin is about to reach the full capacity this frame work sends a message with location to the operator. This process is done by using IOT and ROBOTICS.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2022.91216
Abstract: Present day, technology has emerged in such a way that it can provide solutions to any real-life problems but in our daily life, traffic is the major issue, parking the vehicle in no parking place is the one of the major reasons for increasing traffic. We do not have a perfect system which finds the vehicle standing in no parking place. One such solution to the problem of towing vehicles is done efficiently by using embedded systems and IoT Technology. When a vehicle is parked at NO PARKING ZONE knowingly or unknowingly the owner is punished with a penalty and a notification will be sent to the consignment officer for registering a complaint against the vehicle. Every day public and traffic police wasting their time just for verification of documents. Helmet is mandatory but people neglect to wear the helmet, so every time traffic police must monitor this operation. Here penalty part is done manually so there may be a chance of misuse which leads into corruption. The role of traffic police is very helpful for the society. They are meant to be controlling the heavy traffic flow but, they control the drink drive, they control without helmet ride to save the lives. They always try to bring traffic awareness to the people. But unfortunately, some of our traffic police became corrupted, they always try to find different ways to hold people accountable for money in the name of traffic rules. Many time Traffic police stop us to verify our documents, so we have to carry our documents. Which is not feasible and it is also waste of time and will disrupt the traffic flow. Hence, we need a system which can overcome all the major imperfections in the present traffic control system.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2022.91217
Abstract: The technique of passport verification which is currently used in the airports involves manual checking and it is time consuming. Another major issue with the conventional paper passport is that, it can be forged or duplicated easily. The proposed system consists of two level of authentication. In the first level of authentication, the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) module is used which involves both RFID tag and RFID reader. The second level of authentication is the face recognition. In this the passport holder's face is captured and is verified. The two levels of authentication increase the level of security and safety. This system is proposed in order to decrease the duplicating of the passports which leads to various illegal activities. Also, the verification duration is reduced with the use of e-passport. The face recognition is implemented which increase the efficiency of the e-passport. The technologies such as RFID, IoT and face recognition can be used effectively to replace paper passports by portable e-passports.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2022.91219
Abstract: In India irrigation is mostly dependent on the monsoon which is not a reliable source of water. Depending upon the type of crop different water requirements will be there. The water retention capacity is also dependent on the type of soil present at that location. Due to this most of the crops are destroying due to non-availability of water resources and not supplying water to the crops at the right time. Also, in India farmers are not able to grow more than one crop in the same agricultural field as different crops need different requirement of water. Hence in order to solve all these problems our system will able to supply water to more than one crop whenever the soil moisture content is low for a particular crop.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2022.91225
Abstract: Cervical cancer remains a leading cause of female mortality, particularly in developing regions, underscoring the critical need for early detection and intervention guided by skilled medical professionals. While Pap smear images serve as valuable diagnostic tools, many available datasets for automated cervical cancer detection contain missing data, posing challenges for machine learning models' efficacy. To address these hurdles, this study pres- ents an automated system adept at managing missing information using ADASYN charac- teristics, resulting in exceptional accuracy. The proposed methodology integrates a voting classifier model harnessing the predictive capacity of three distinct machine learning mod- els. It further incorporates SVM Imputer and ADASYN up-sampled features to mitigate miss- ing value concerns, while leveraging CNN-generated features to augment the model's capabilities. Notably, this model achieves remarkable performance metrics, boasting a 99.99% accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. A comprehensive comparative analysis evaluates the proposed model against various machine learning algorithms across four sce- narios: original dataset usage, SVM imputation, ADASYN feature utilization, and CNN-gen- erated features. Results indicate the superior efficacy of the proposed model over existing state-of-the-art techniques. This research not only introduces a novel approach but also offers actionable suggestions for refining automated cervical cancer detection systems. Its impact extends to benefiting medical practitioners by enabling earlier detection and improved patient care. Furthermore, the study's findings have substantial societal implica- tions, potentially reducing the burden of cervical cancer through enhanced diagnostic accu- racy and timely intervention.
